Do you feel like life is not worth living? Or your family and friends would be better off without you? Do you feel like you’re alone and no one understands you?

Everyone can feel low from time to time as life can be hard but when feeling low starts to affect your everyday life, it can become overwhelming and can stop you from living your life.

Depression is not feeling down for an hour out of the day, it is feeling down for an extended period of your life. There will be times when you have good days and there will be times when something inside of you sets you off in tears.

It is important that if you are struggling with your emotions and feel unable to cope you may benefit from seeking support as you are important and worthy.

How I can help

Be U Counselling Service based in Poole, Dorset can help you to explore your feelings. Through counselling, you will have a safe space where you will not be judged and will be given the power to take control of your life. You will learn to accept you and from there you will learn to unmask yourself and heal in a safe place so that you can enable yourself to bring value to yourself.

I offer a free 30 minute, no obligation session where you can come and meet me, ask me questions or use it as a short counselling session to get a feel for what to commit to. This session will give you the opportunity to discover if you feel comfortable working with me and are able to build a therapeutic relationship with me which is important for counselling to take place. If after the 30 minutes, you are happy and would like to continue the counselling sessions, I will book you in for an assessment session where we will set out a therapeutic contract.
