My Vision

Welcome, My name is Kruti and my vision is to help and support as many people as I can on their Mental Health by offering face to face and remote counselling sessions across Dorset.

I was born and raised in the East End of London which is where I completed most of my studies and I moved down to the South in 2009. I love being by the sea and love going out for walks and being outdoors, which is something I enjoy with my friends and family. I also enjoy reading various genres, fact and fiction and find that it relaxes me.
I am a stronger believer in personal growth and self-development and believe that everyone deserves to be happy. I am passionate about counselling and love supporting people through their journeys.

I’m a fully qualified professional counsellor/psychotherapist with over fifteen years of experience in dealing with all types of mental health conditions. I have worked with a diverse range of people in many different organisations. Currently I provide long and short term counselling sessions providing face to face, online and telephone counselling using an integrative model drawing on skills from CBT, Solution Focused Therapy, Gestalt and Person Centered therapy. I also teach in a local college in an Advanced Diploma in Integrative Counselling Programme. I work with Adults, Adolescents, Couples and Children conducting play through therapeutic practice. I specialise in grief and loss and have a lot of experience working with terminal ill clients and their families as well as cancer patients and their families through McMillian care.
